What Cape Cod towns do you deliver to?

Auntie Vi's Cape Cod Rental Center will deliver to most Cape Cod towns:
Barnstable, Bourne, Brewster, Chatham, Centerville, Dennis, Eastham, Falmouth, Harwich, Hyannis, Mashpee/New Seabury, Onset, Orleans, Osterville, Pocasset, Plymouth, Sagamore, Sandwich, Wellfleet, and Yarmouth. Additional towns may be accommodated for an additional fee depending on our schedule.

Auntie Vi's does not deliver to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket.

What are your business hours?

We are open for telephone inquires and reservations between May 1 and Sept 30 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Online orders may be submitted at any time.

 

How far in advance should I make reservations?

You should make your reservations as soon as you know your travel or vacation dates.

 

Do you provide daily rental rates?

No. All rental rates are per week. If you rent for three days, the amount charged is still the same as a week.

 

What is your cancellation policy?
                           
100% refund will be made if notice provided one week prior to delivery date.  Store credit (to be used by end of calendar year) is provided for cancellation of orders received less than one week prior to the delivery date. Cancellations on scheduled delivery date will result in 100% forfeiture of the full value of the order.

Can I add to my order later?

Yes, you may add items to your order any time, up until the day prior to your delivery assuming the item is available. Call or email us to make changes to your order.

Do you confirm the rental?

Yes. Auntie Vi’s will confirm each rental via e-mail immediately following your reservation.  

Can I pay by check?

Yes. All payments should be sent to Auntie Vi’s, P.O. Box 368, West Falmouth, MA 02574-0368.   If payment is not received 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, then delivery will not occur!  Accordingly, please aim to have check payments received at least 5 days prior to arrival.

 

What if I want to pay by credit card? When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged the entire amount a week before your rental.

Can I pick up the rental items myself?

No.

What time will the items be delivered?

We will make every effort to deliver your rental items by 6:00 pm on the day of your arrival, however delivery times are not guaranteed. Please keep in mind that most of our deliveries occur on Saturday and Sunday. If your items have not arrived by 5:00 p.m., please call our office at 508-548-4075.

Can delivery be made to our hotel or rental property prior to our arrival and picked up after our departure?

Yes. Just provide us with a contact name and phone number and Auntie Vi will make delivery and pick-up arrangements.

Is there a delivery or pickup fee?

A delivery and pickup service fee of $17.50 applies to each order. Offers for free deliver apply only if reservation made seven (7) days prior to delivery date.

What items need to be cleaned at end of rental period?

Renter is not expected to clean linens.  Used linens must be placed outside of rental unit so that our drivers may retrieve the linens on the date of departure.

Renter is expected to use reasonable efforts to clean any other rental equipment.  Items returned that are not properly cleaned will be subject to a $25 cleaning fee.

How do we return the rented items?

Rental items must be ready for pickup by 9:30 a.m. on date of departure unless other arrangements are made in writing.   If you have departed, rental items must be accessible by our drivers.  A $25 fee will be charged on the departure date if items are not retrievable by our drivers at any time after 9:30 a.m.


What happens if I lose an item?

You will be charged a fee representing the replacement cost of the rented item(s).

What if I am not happy with the rental item?

If you are not happy with the item, please let us know immediately. We will make arrangements with you to either replace the item or pick the item up within 24 hours.
